This workshop series is for business owners and senior leaders whose #1 focus is revenue generation. We examine challenges that derail the sales effort, extend the sales cycle, and lead to lower closing ratios or margin selling. Control your results by understanding and mastering the difference between behavioral management and numbers management. This includes setting expectations, tracking results, and frequent feedback. Successful processes distinguish not only what the goals are, but how they can be achieved.

 

This seminar includes how to identify and hire salespeople who have to ability and drive to sell effectively. When navigating an effective sales interview, we discuss how inspecting the behaviors of salespeopleisthe difference between a successful or a failed hire.
