IdeaFestival a “Talent Attraction Strategy”

IF15Briefing

If you missed it, yesterday the IdeaFestival named the Kentucky Innovation Network the presenting sponsor for this year’s event in Louisville, Sept. 29 – Oct. 2 . The festival yesterday blogged about the announcement and made available a list of this year’s speakers on its web site.

During the announcement at Copper & Kings in Louisville, someone tweeted that the festival, while obviously about the importance of ideas, was also “a talent attraction strategy.”

That just about nails it.

Talent attraction – and talent retention – is what the Kentucky Innovation Network is all about. And there is no better place in Kentucky to meet talented, creative people than the week of the IdeaFestival. It has become known over time for the unexpected connections, intellectually and otherwise.

We hope you’ll make plans to attend!
